PERFORMANCE MAX AND THE LSA MOVE
Move to Performance Maxwithout losing your leads.
Google is moving Local Services Ads into Performance Max. The leads and the top-of-page spot stay. The dashboard, reporting and budgets change. We plan the move, save what would be lost, and run the new campaigns after.

- 11.5+ years inside Google's LSA program
THE PROBLEM
What can go wrong in the move
- Past performance reports don't carry over, so you lose the baseline you measure against.
- Weekly budgets become daily budgets, and pacing changes before anyone notices.
- Account access and verification get missed, and ads stop running.
- Lead tracking breaks, so you can't tell which leads turned into revenue.
THE PROCESS
How we handle it
- 01
Save your history
We export the spend and lead history that won't carry into Google Ads and set the baseline you'll measure against.
- 02
Map your budgets
We turn weekly budgets into the new daily structure, location by location, before pacing changes hit.
- 03
Build the campaigns
We set up the new campaigns, confirm who has access, and check verification so nothing stops running.
- 04
Connect the tracking
We link leads to calls, appointments and revenue so the new setup shows more than the old dashboard did.
- 05
Manage it after
We keep running and improving the campaigns once you're moved over.
THE RESULT
What you get
- No gap in leads during the move
- Your history saved before it disappears
- Budgets that pace the way you expect
- Clearer reporting than the old LSA dashboard

QUESTIONS
Straight answers
What should I do before my account moves?+
Export your full performance history, write down your current settings and budgets, confirm the right people have admin access, check your verification and set a lead-quality baseline. Past reports don't carry into the new setup.
What stays the same after the move?+
Pay-per-lead pricing, the top-of-page placements, keywordless targeting, verification status and the Google Verified badge continue. The standalone dashboard, past reporting, weekly budgets and several controls change.
Do I need a Google Ads account?+
Yes. The new experience runs inside Google Ads. We help set it up and link it to the right people so nothing gets lost.
